if that not solve back up your imp data. copy activation key again to import folder.

do hard reset to the phone. phone will automatically prepare memory card.

after full working mode of phone open music player then music player will automatically search files and unlock preloaded songs.

I was unable to find IMPORT folder on memory card. I Created IMPORT folder and inserted all the .dr files, followed all the procedures in the PDF file,

No luck once I restart my phone all the files in the import folder are gone.

Any suggestions
