i just want to say that i m facing that problems in all my n97 which you have swapped and repaired nokia swapped my phone 4 times but all have same problems
my case ID is 1-11630740744.
i can not use them propely never when i purchased n97 till now my n97 spent 8 to 9 months in nokia service centers due to
these same problems last time when nokia swapped my phone on 11 march 2011 i facing same problems from next day so pls change my n97 to another model i want to get rid of that bloody n97 which is a extra task for my busy schedule i dont want any kind of repair and swapping with another n97 so pls think about your valuable customer who spent lot of money on your product n97 and
puchase problems so pls change it with any other model so that confindence on nokia will remain same i was user of n73 n95 e73 they never disapoint me but the only n97 is harrasing me so pls replace it
and i want assurance from your side that you can change my
phone other wise there is no benifit of submit phone on nokia care bcoz you always changed it with n97 which alls are defectives and have same hanging
restarting
problems so i dont want to be with n97]

This is a user to user forum, you can't contact Nokia direct here, your issue is with the supplier of the phone, if you purchased it direct then use the contact us button at the top of the screen, if you bought it from a shop then the issue is the shop where you bought it. As an N97 user I can sympathise, but this is not the place to resolve your issue, you will however find lots of advice and tips on how to optimise your phone, such as clearing everything you can from the C drive, saving messages to E and installing everything you can on E mass memory.
