When I browse the net it asks me to choose a Connection so I think you should see setiings for net.....Though I am just a 15 yr boy....Maybe that would help you

Re: N97 won't connect to wifi

You need to add this wireless access point to your Destinations.

Settings->Connectivity->Destinations->Internet->Options->New Access Point.

Then and only then will the connection be automatic.

Be sure to arrange the priority of connections to make the best sense with everywhere you roam.

Re: N97 won't connect to wifi

having similar problem, wifi connection is established,but it looks like that dhcp client doesnt work!

dlink 2100ap(wpa/wpa2) and vista busines64, two network cards, internet sharing  (works well on ntb, N96,E66,iPong...)

temp solution: edit in destinations wifi accesspoint - advance settings and set ip,mask,gw,dns manualy

firmware

11.0.021

O2

11.0.021.244.04

For some reason I had never paid the destinations directory any mind before. Learning this just made using my N97 a whole lot easier, thank you.

Re: N97 won't connect to wifi

i'm having a similar issue since updating. i can't use my wifi setting and am unable to connect to use gps on either google maps or ovi maps. i tried to follow your advice above but everytime i try to go into destinations i get "systems error" any advice would be great.

not sure if this is causing a problem but in my network section which is "3" it states 3 UK in use. cant remember if this is meant to be.
