I am with 3 mobile and have waited for version 20 to be released and now that it is i want the old one back!
firstly and the main problem is that it wont connect to the internet now, through 3internet or the wifi, however the youtube app still works??? Also when i recieve a message the screen doesnt light up/ turn on, and when the phone is locked you get no response from pressing the 'volume' keys on the side.
However i have numerous other problems with the phone, the camera lens is scratched and 3 refused to replace it saying it was my fault and there is no design fault, and also along the top and right of the screen there is a dark grey line that is clearly visible, oh and there is a dead pixel but that isnt major.
Nokia need to sort their act out shipping a £400 phone with all these stupid faults and bugs!!!!!!!

kman00 is correct a hard reset should solve your connection problem, and the camera scratch problem is an acknowledged problem and Nokia care centres have been told to replace lens covers under warranty, Google your local one and take phone there for a fix.
Good Luck

it always helps to do hard reset after software update, it gives you a fresh start and removes any conflict with your old software and settings.

Thanks for all the help, i read about the hard reset but was a bit worried incase the phone completely broke on me. Also is the warrenty affected if a hard reset is performed? However i was thinking that along with the pther problems it might be easier to take the phone to 3 and ask if they will repair or replace the phone.
Thanks for all the help : )

Hay you do not need to worry about hard reset, just go ahead, but remember you will loose all your settings, installed apps on c drive, and contacts.
take back up of contacts and settings.

Right, i have managed to fix the internet so that works along with skype, facebook etc. however there are still things that dont work like vlingo. There are no 'destinations' under connectivity, i guess a hard reset will fix this, but was wondering how to back up all the settings, does an ovi suite backup cover this?
Thanks everyone, sorry for being a pain

It's also very useful to have an Ovi account where you can alaso sync your calander, notes and contacts over the air, they will txt you the settings, and once set up you don't need a computer to sync.
Good Luck
