I hard resetted the phone due to some problem... now i found guitar rock tour is missing... NOKIA... is there anyway you could get it back into my phone??

Like with most pre-installed content one it's gone it's gone for good. The same thing happened to 5800 owners.

You may be able to find it on sale here:

A nokia care point may also be able to help but it's unlikely as the game was installed to the mass memory so it's not part of the firmware.

This is ridiculous then... as there are times when you need to reset or servicing... and the preinstalled games is not preinstalled again.. then what type of logic of having a preinstalled but when you reset your phone thats it good for good... #%$#$#^%$

It is annoying and sadly it's always been that way.

It is because they are considered as "free extras" that some countries get and others don't.  In the past some phones have included full length movies that if you reset the phone you lose the activation key.

It's not just nokia that do this with pre-installed extras, many other manufacturers and networks do it too, especially with games that aren't considered to be essential.

NOKIA you suck at this.... wanna give but dont put it in the system so can re-pre-install the game....

Like I said, it's not just nokia that do this.  As another example you can buy games consoles that has a free game installed to the hard drive/memory card, you format it to get rid of the "rubbish" and your game has gone with no option to re-download for free.

This is what happened to me too and I am so upset. I was so happy to buy my phone with this game on it. After using it for less than a month the camera and some applications were not working properly. So still under warranty they fixed it. But was horrified to find my Guitar rock tour game removed! When I asked them to reinstall they told me, you can go to Ovi store and buy it. Why would I buy it when I had it already free!!!!!

Someone pls help us, help me get back this game I loved it, the kids loved it!!! Why is it so hard to find this game??? Why are Nokia not helping us with this?? It makes me feel regret that I bought N97! Really does. Problems already and just after using it for 3 weeks. And now no guitar rock tour game, really suck!

Please please someone tell me how can I get back this game.

hi, im not able to change contols in guitar rock, in game help say that i must press 5 or 6 key to change keys but in n97 i donno how to do that, any help pls?

I never understood why people play games on their phones the experience is just so terrible on that small screen and the games blow - if you want to play a video game grab a PS3 and maybe some modern warfare 2....
