N97 WLAN issue

I've just recently purchased this phone and I am trying to connect my N97 to my wireless connection at home. I have gone through these steps:

http://www.nokia.co.nz/support/product-support/nokia-n97/how-to/internet/use-wlan

I am able to detect my wireless connection I have at home. However with the steps (link I have just posted), with the first image it says "PRW37 Known" with the little symbol on the left. With my one, it doesn't have the little symbol and it still says Unknown.

I have the little wireless symbol on the top right hand side of my display and when I go into Settings and Connectivity, under WLAN it says "Network available". I have never had a problem with connecting any devices to wireless connection until now. Also everytime I go into the WLAN wizard and click on my connection and then "Start web browsing" I always have to input my Pre-shared key for WLAN.

Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks in advance for any help.
