Ok I rang 3 customer services today and asked when we will get the V20 update and I recieved an interesting reply from the chap fellow in mumbi, (ooh that rhymes )

 Basicly he said that 3 have approved the update and that there was a link on there website, so I popped on to the 3 website and after a few mins searching I found said page and sure enough it linked me to the nokia update website.

 Anyways i tried to update like i did yesterday and to cut a long story short, I still cant update to v20 as it is not out yet on 3, so that bloke in india lied to me,  **bleep** is there problem and why lie to there customers

has anyone else had the same experience?

the man said the update was out to day ...i cant seem to find it

The update is not out yet on 3(uk) N97's. i was lied to. and it is very annoying

A customer was lied to by a mobile operator's customer service. Now, there's a shock... NOT!

lol i just think they are twits. why could he not say that it would be out in a couple of weeks. i would respect them allot more if they told the truth.

hi all,

I spoke to three uk today and have been told that v20 will be available within 5-6 days,

not sure how accurate this info is because 2 weeks ago they told me it would be ready by the 16th.

Hi, I have the upmost sympathy for 3 users, as someone 'tied' to Vodafone I had a similar problem, however the people to harras are 3, by using there forums, or 3 customer care. Unfortunately I doubt you will get any joy. I managed to get V2.0 early by doing unmentionable things to my phone ( that means I can't and won't discuss them on this forum) and all I can say, is it is worth the wait. Plenty of improvements, and the phone becomes more 'pleasing to the eye'. Hope you get your update soon, but don't blame Nokia, your issue is with 3.

must admit i cant wait for this update,

been waiting for long enough but i want the phone that i thought i was getting (and paying alot of money for)

come on three uk get it sorted and stop messing us about.
