When you dial a phone number that comes up with a computer guided menu, you must select menu options by pressing a numeric key ("press 1 for sales, press 2 for repair, etc.").

Is there an option on the N97 where you can set that the numeric keypad comes up automatically on the touch screen when an outgoing call is started and during the call? Both in direct dialing or through the Contacts list.

If there is not such an option then how can I mention this problem to Nokia?

Just after you dial the number and begin the call the lower right-hand soft-key on the touchscreen says "Dialer".

Press this and the keypad comes back up for you to use.

Thank you very much, this solution works.

I am Dutch and the Dutch translations are not always that clear.

The soft-key, you refer to as "Dailer" (which is perfectly clear to me), is translated in Dutch as "bellen" which means that that you will start another call.

But anyway, It works fine for me now.
