How do I fix this? Reports of V2.0 users outside of NAM can setup their Net Settings. It seems 2.02.019 does not have this option?
We need a fix or update on this ASAP.

Awww Man! If this is a case of the N97 NAM not getting the SIP update and everyone did get it I am going to have a bird!
Can a few people with the 20.0.xx (as opposed to the 20.2.xx) please confirm if this is the case as the original poster has aked? Or better yet, someone from Nokia - even though I know that would never happen in a zillion years.
Thank-you in advance.

This is always the way, this is to stop people from configuring VOIP when they don't know what they are doing, assumption is that people will always use OTA settings from their VOIP provided. Instead you need to download the advanced configuration utility. Goto Forum Nokia and download user guide and application.
If you have already created SIP settings, then after you have installed this, goto Net Settings, click on "Advanced VOIP Settings" , "Create new Service" and then select the service you defined in SIP settings. It will then populate Net Settings and Contacts application with the needed settings.

I have received SIP settings over OTA. But my "Net settings" are inactive. When I choose this option nothing happens. Also I cannot change SIP settings. Is there some posibility to create "New service" in "Net settings" over OTA?

Exactly the same problem I am having.
Jacobsladder-I see you often post on the discussions board, but I would recommend doing something before posting. Do you have a N97? If so, then try what you are proposing

True, i do not have N97, and in this case solution is not working. However problem remains the same as all Nokia SIP enabled phones (at least those using the latest VOIP framework), and that is you cannot manually configure the settings.
These forums work as a community and often a solution for one phone will work for others, or a solution gives enough of a clue to enable someone to get it working.
Also, it should be made clear that this isn't some conspiricy against NAM N97 users, this situation is the same for all phones with this version of VOIP framework.
Hopefully someone will get the advanced settings working, or Forum nokia will update the plugin for s60 v5.

there are many threads on this now it seems - the only way that the 'Internet Call' feature will be enabled is if Nokia releases a new 'SIP VoIP Settings' enabler - while it seems the one for 3.x is close, not close enough to work.
if you go to:
you will see that there is not a lot of info there - so in short were all stuck in a circle that has been going on for quite some time - and unless they update the SIP VoIP enabler to support the N97 were all stuck.
here is a good rant to read:
