N97 Mini Loose/Wobbly top section Anyone else have this problem??

Hi Guys,

 

Just recently got the N97 Mini sim free, love it but Im not sure if this is just the phone and I have to get used to it or is this a problem, can it be fixed?

 

When the keyboard is in and its all as one, it should be tight and firm? but the top part (screen section) its a little loose, and wobbles if I hold it in my hand without touching the top part of the phone,  is this a normal thing for the N97? or anyone else got this prob, have any ideas how to fix it? Nokia have said this prob is not covered under warranty and so I need to find where I can get it fixed even If I have to pay for it, its a small problem but ruins the handling feel and makes it feel cheap, anyone else got this prob?
