Hi all, 

I am thinking of getting a Nokia N97 Mini on Orange UK to replace my iPhone 3G as my contract is up soon.

What I want to know is does the N97 support Gmail push, contact sync and calendar sync like the iPhone does.

I know Google use ActiveSync (via an Exchange interface at m.google.com) to enable push email, contacts and calendar so I was wondering if the N97 supports it or not?

Hi, not sure but pretty sure it does, I have N97 not mini, but same operating system so pretty sure it will work, you can sync email and calender. Contact Nokia direct from here if your not sure, just ask. Also if you open an Ovi Files account you can sync and back up your phone over the air and access your computers files from your phone !

Many thanks for the replies. It looks like I can sync my email, contacts and calendar but I am still unsure if it is a sync (i.e. when I connect to to the computer) or true push email like on a BlackBerry. Could somebody confirm?
