I have purchased N97  two more days is over when I receive the call and drop the call after that it is hanging. The only solution is restart the mobile

Lock button: I have had some problems with the lock button. I'll unlock and it won't or the screen is very dark. I have to lock and unlock multiple times.

I brought N97 from nokia showroo but all the customers have the same probelm. Please provide the solution.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBELM TOO, A LOT OF TIME IT GETTING ANNOYING AND FLUSTRAING,  I HAVE TO TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON, I HOPE NOKIA  FIX THIS PROBLEM ON THE NEXT UPDATE.

Go to application settings remove the Key Lock

Dude that's not really a solution, The Lock is there for a reason and the Bug needs to be sorted.

I'm with the same problem in my N97, but it works after lock and unlock again.

the new firmware update that is coming suppsedly really soon, should fix the light/lock/unlocke bug so hopefully this issue will also be addressed.

ye im having the same problem. It usually works if i lock and unlock. Unlock button has snapped of now :@ how annoying. Got caught on my trouser. darn

update to V20 firmware. it wont happen anymore

I can second that. v20 fixes that bug. Good job too because if you slide to answer, the phone still hangs - v20 is better but still rubbish so dont get your hopes up too high.

My problem with the N97 is, often die when in use a few applications running, now without aplikasipun often die,
I think nokia who create partitions on my hard drive is not enough to run the application.
unlike "your enemy" a very smoothly when running heavy applications that do .....
... please nokia n97 software update for you, otherwise your users will move to another phone .....
and do not advise us to replace cell phones .
