N97 GPS is useless. Can i get a replacement from Nokia?

 

My N97 GPS takes 20mins to connect in an open area, on highway. And in a crowded area it doesnt even connect at all.

 

Can i get a replacement N97 from Nokia in Canada? If so, what do i have to do?

I am in Canada.

in the usa you have 30 days to exchange your unit i am not sure what is the case for canada. did you call the customer care?

Why don't you call nokia care canada and ask? Different countries have different policies.

 

In most countries it is the retailers responsibility to replace it if you do not want it.  The manufacturers responsibility covers warranty issues which may lead to replacements or repairs.
