Nokia do make a case that looks like that but there are also many counterfeit versions of it about.
I do not know how to tell the difference between a genuine and a counterfeit version of that case but a nokia care point could probably tell.

Pass, every care point is different (and independent from nokia) so it entirely depends on your discussion with your nearest care points manager.
If they refuse to accept it as a cause you could contact nokia care by telephone (not email) asking to make a formal complaint. If that doesn't get results you last options are to seek consumer and legal advice.

You can try but I believe they are only a retail store, not a care point or a way of getting a conflict resolved.
There's no hard done in giving them a call and explaining the situation: 020 7462 3580.
Good luck!

Oddly I can't find it on the nokia site either, i've only seen it on several reputable retailers sites like www.mobilefun.co.uk .
Perhaps it is just an unofficial product that's fooled some retailers? It could also just be a case of nokia forgetting to put it in the accessory section, no way to tell really.
