As the title suggests the entire contents of my Inbox and sent box has disappeared. The only settings I've changed on this was a couple weeks ago I set the memory to E and sent capacity to 999. I did have about 1,000 split between the two folders now I have five messages.

this happens periodically on the phones.. ie during startup or whatever it cannot read the e drive so changes the setting back to the c drive.. apparently they are independent so the e drive messages will appear to disapper (like that phrase hugh) anyway set it back to E and the messages will re-appear.

Is it possible to copy the messages from a memory to another? Thanks

The phone was already set to E. If I set it back to C I can see the 300 or so messages I had before I changed the settings. With no option to copy the 5 new messages over to C. If I then set it back to E I just see the 5 new messges again with no option to copy over.

This happened to me this morning. All my messages disappeared. Thanks igkahn1. Your post solved the problem after i found it following a search. (messaging-options-settings-other-memory in use) is how to set it back to E:
