N97 32gb black - when updating it says memory full :S help please :(

basically when i try for a software update, once the update option have shown like the maps and ngage application are available to download. i click on one of the downloads and it says memory full. iv tried to search the phone for switching memory to my 8gb memory ccard or the 32gb mass memory. but cant fiure out how to get the software downloads working. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I'm having exactly the same problem, also when i try & access Maps, it appears to load, screen goes grey as if it's going to show a map but then it just closes. Tried downloading Google Maps instead, but have the same problem with that! Any idea how I can solve either problem?
