Hi,

When I go to update the firmware on my N95, I only get the v12.xxx not the v20.xxx. Do I need to update to v12 first?

Do you have a operator branded handset with operator branded firmware? If so the reason you might only be getting version 12.x is because Nokia has not yet gotten around to updating your handsets "flavoured" firmware to version 20.x.

Nokia tends to update it's generic firmware first, then the generic firmware for differing geographical areas, and then it starts to release operator branded firmware. Be patient and it will probably appear sooner or later.

I have o2 Ireland branded firmware.

I guess this is the reason.
