N95 memory problem

My 8gb n95 has recently started telling me my internal memory is full and that I need to delete some data from phone memory.
I have deleted all messages, pictures, music, and callender entries.
I also restored factory settings and attempted to move all contacts onto my memory card but it wont even let me delete contacts because it tells me I don't have enough memory to delete applications.
I looked up memory details in the phone, it says i have 180b taken up by Documents buy it won't let me delete any.
I have looked up other discussions but nothing seems to work.
any ideas greatly appreciated.
