Ok, the last thing to do now before sending it to Nokia Case center is hard reset,
do the following :
1) Backup everything in phone memory to your pc "except phone settings" using Nokia Pc Suite or Nokia Ovi Suite.
2) remove the memory card
3) turn off the phone
4) press the green "call " key + "3" key + "*" key , all the three keys sustainely and don't stop pressing any
5) while doing step 4 , turn on your phone
6) if things done right , after the phone starts , a message saying "select country " will shows up
And if not, repeat again .
I hope that works , and please let me know
