I have a weird problem, the solution is probably to bring my phone to a Nokia Tech.
But, When recharging my phone, it shuts down approx every 5 minutes. If I'm not turning the device on, it keeps
the same way around every 5 minutes.
When recharged, it turns itself off after between one and two hours.
Someone else had / seen this kind of problem?
I was trying to get a firmware update, but because of a problem described in another forum about NSU,
I can't get the newest firmware.
Right now I'm having firmware v 21.0.016

If you have already tried updating and it didn´t work or wasn´t available you could still try a hard reset before you give it to a Nokia Care Point! ![]()

Sorry It seems like the problem didn't get solved, even by upgrading or hard reset the device.

I have the same issue with the 6650. AT&T has told me that this is a known issue with these phones and currently there is no fix for this - even a new phone will not solve the issue.
My phone is a MUST for my job and family emergency contact. Why would I want or need a phone that I never know when will stop working. If there is no fix for this, a new brand or type of phone should be issued.

I just got the replacement phone today. I hope for the best, but according to AT&T it will happen again. They told me to get a Go Phone while I was waiting on the replacement. Guess I'll have to carry two phones around which is not my idea of a solution, but the only way I can be assured of having it available.
