Hi there!

sometimes my external screen becomes backlighted without any reason (maybe it's important). Main problem is that i have a random button(s) pressed permanently or bloked (unavailable to use). When i'm in the camera mode i'm heaving "options" button pressed multiple times (like burst pressing) until i close the phone (exit the camera mode). Now i have no response when pressing the menu button or any numeric button - these buttons became available only when i'll press the "C" button before pressing menu or numeric button. I'm quite sure that this is software problem because of the randomisity. The software is up to date. What can i do?

Sorry for the post below the post but i don't know yet how to edit posts (if possible).

I have to say that sometimes when pressing the buttons (with no response) there's some click sound from the inside (with delay about 500-1500 ms after the button was pressed) - it can be important.

I've seen also that my battery charded at the evening is almost empty at the morning and about noon it's about 50% charged and some hours later almost empty again and so on and on...

I did the soft reset (Restore the factory defaults) and HR (3, *, green) and that didn't solved the problem.

Now i have disabled numeric keys + "*", "#" and "Menu" button. They becomes available when i press and hold "C" key. All keys are available when i turn the phone "on" for about 4-6 seconds, after this time they become unavailable.
