Hi,

I have downloaded series 60 v3.0 themes on Nokia N91 Phone, then installed them and applied all of them successfuly but when I go to the standby screen it resets the theme back to default.

So, any one have any idea what is wrong with my phone.

And if this is a bug in the phone will nokia correct it with firmware updates?

Update the firmware to the 1.10. I believe your current firmware is 1.00 which has this theme problem.

ok for the last time ill say this on this forum.....have you formatted your hd or placed a pword on the hd? if you have you'll somehow need to get that off.....the phone isnt able to read files if the phone is turned off when a theme is applied like older symbian phones.....(firmware i guess) somewhat like the n80 which i had to take the password from my memory card in order for themes to be activated whn i turned off and on the phone.......next using pc suite create a themes folder and place all of your downloaded themes there and install from there.....themes have a way of disappearing on these new s60 v3 devices this would help alot in organizing your files

Simple- save/install the theme you want to use in the phone ROM. Symbian has an issue when the HDD is dismounted and cannot find the theme again (ie you have to select it again). This happens during charging with power off, sliding off the battery cover etc

There is nothing wrong with your phone its a "feature"
