To anyone interested: I had an email earlier asking to confirm my N900 order and to phone Nokia sales. So I did, and the person told me the money will come out next week and the N900 will ship on the 9th.

Amazon UK are quoting an availability date from 2 November so it looks like they aren't far off.

Yes, Nov 9th is accurate. UK Nokia sales team also have confirmed to me over the phone N900 will ship starting from Nov 9th. I have pre-ordered one - but unsure if mine will ship on Nov 9th, is just depends how far down the preorder list my order is. But hopefully, mine will also ship NOV 9th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait!

lol its funny the site states end of october, we are in november already and it still has the status of preorder. so who knows when in fact it will start shipping in the US

All I heard is a bullloadofcrap. This date is going to slip again. http://www.expansys.co.nz/d.aspx?i=188894 said that it is the 18November. Whereas many other site stated differently. There is no one to believe right now. It is like listening to a rumour of people and keep slipping pass the date.

For example the people who believe in 2012 doomsday. LOL.. pathetic stupid human being.

So, it's the 9th... but I'm going to guess that the date the Nokia salesman quoted a week or two ago was a provisional date which has now been pushed back yet again? If anyone's ships, post it here!

One does hate to be the bearer of bad news but the date I got from Amazon UK was 2nd of December. I pre-ordered with an original expected delivery date of 3rd November, this was postponed 2 days before delivery and the last estimate I've received is what I mentioned earlier.
