Hi,

 

I have had the phone for 6 months but half the keys are now so badly scratched they are almost white. The phone is kept in a cover and always clean.

 

I hear that scratched keypads are pretty common on N86s, has anyone else suffered this and also will Nokia relace the keypad and remedy the root cause if I take it to a Care Centre?

I am not aware of this as a general issue for N86 but sorry, I don't imagine a scratched keypad is part of the 1 year warranty.
