Those web sites won't work. Because this information leaked to the internet, Nokia changed the system - there hasn't been an IMEI-based security override in a number of years.

If you've changed the code and forgotten it, you will have to have it re-flashed at an Nokia service point, they will expect to see proof that you are the correct owner of the phone before they will do this, and also be warned that all personal data will be lost.
