N82: Change after synk from Outlook

N82: Change after synk from Outlook

Before the synchronizing, when somebody called my, I saw the name from the caller and hear a voice speeking his/her name. Efter synchronize contacts from Outlook the telephone is otherwise. I just can see the number from the caller (no name-no voice). What is wrong?
