Theres nothing to worry lol. It's sometimes occur and yes some memory cards are faulty too. Just give a hard reset to your phone and it will work fine. But keep a backup.

Do a nuclear reset then:

Hold Green button + 3 + *

Turn on the phone

Keep on holding the 3 buttons until the shake hands appear.
