Hi ! I am a proud owner of the Nokia N800 Tablet PC which is Linux-based & I have questions about its memory ..there is literally no info on the Nokia site & their cust. serv. staff do not know enough to assist me, so perhaps you can. .I hope.

The Nokia N800 documentation says there are TWO areas for REMOVABLE memory cards, but I can only locate one slot under the handle. Where Is the 2nd removable memory card slot located?

Also, what do I purchase for the INTERNAL memory card and where does it go in the Nokia N800? Would it be the squared-off area near the battery inside?

The other memory slot is located under the battery cover.
Yes, the squared-off area near the battery.

So what I have done is to get the largest and fastest memory card and put it in there.

While the more accessible slot, I used another card and sometimes swap my digital camera's card in there to do a quick viewing of pictures.

Both card slots are the same, they take SD/ MMC and if you got the latest firmware update it can take up the new SDHC cards (up to 8gb per card).
