N80 undetectable in Nokia PC Suite

Hi everyone. I need help. I just bought a Nokia N80 phone. I have installed the Nokia PC Suite bundled with the phone and upgraded the PC suite to 6.82.22.0 using the internet.

However when I tried to connect my phone using the bundled cable to my computer after installing the software and drivers, it couldn't detect my phone at all.

I used the Get Connected wizard to detect my phone and I have tried using Cable as well as bluetooth. Both ways are stuck whenever it reaches the stage where I was told to connect the cable or detecting Bluetooth devices.

I waited for more than half an hour but nothing happen after that and the next button couldn't be pressed.

I was prompted on my phone to choose what mode I would like to select. And i selected PC Suite on the phone.

I am using Nokia N80 (11) V 4.0623.0.41, Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2, cable as well as bluetooh

Please help. Thanks

Re: N80 undetectable in Nokia PC Suite

Don´t do the upgrade of PCSuite. Uninstall all and clean registry of PC. Reboot and install PCSuite again, last version.
