I upgraded My N8 to belle , then i didn't find Arabic language

If i restore Factory settings Do i find the old Arabic language  ?

Unfortunately you won't. Your phone does not have Arabic because it was meant for another part of the world. The vendor who sold it to you imported it and installed Arabic before selling it to you. When you updated to Belle, the phone reverted back to the original language pack. Language packs can only be installed by Nokia Care Points. Contact your local care point for assistance.
