So I just went to go and pick up my n8 to make a call and it's just a black screen?? Pressed down the power button and nothing.Tried to plug it in the PC using USB and still nothing :smileysurprised:

 

What is wrong with it? How can I fix this :smileysad:

 

last thing I was doing was updating it to the new OS

Did you try depressing power button for 8 seconds until 3 vibrations felt?

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.


However if my answer also solves your problem clickingbelow it will benefit other users!

That worked in the end :smileyhappy:

It was wired as do when I got a text/call it would make the sound but the phone was just black!?

 

Well I keep pressing/holding the power button and bam it restarted

 

 

So lucky it working now :smileytongue:
