How do you toggle/enable powersaving mode on Belle?

as what i find drag the upper menu down, go to wifi, click on it and you will find the Power saving.

Ok so there is the hardware button option... but is there no where in the software to do it? Because I don't see anything in the pulldown notification area.

Nop, didn't see that even in help in Belle it's only says the power button.

download battery monitor from Nokia store.

There wasn't a software option to see opened application i Anna neither in Belle

Yes there was with Anna and pre Anna.  It was bottom left screen button click and scroll down the menu list to show open aplications.

I'll check out the battery monitor. With anna it was a bit hoggy on system usage... perhaps with belle it will be better.

Battery Monitor works and has a software button for turning on Power Saving Mode!

Have you found a solution to "widgets offline mode" yet? The only thing I could find is when you drag your finger from the status bar at the top and deselect "Mobile Data" which appears on the pop "down" menue.

I have not looked into offline mode for widgets yet... If I find something out I will let you know. But I dont see any thing present thus far.
