N79 PC Suite - Ovi Suite - Home Media Server - wifi photo transfer - confused?

When I bought my N79 I installed the packed PC Suite which contained the Nokia Home Media Server. This allowed me to transfer my photo's from the N79 to my pc over wifi. After some time Ovi Suite showed up and I gave it a try to find out the the Nokia Home Media Server wasn't in the Ovi install so I reverted back to my old PC Suite install from the original cd. 

Because I now have some problems with my N79 the advice is given to upgrade to latest fw and reset the phone. However I am afraid to loose the ability to transfer my photo's over wifi.

Another point is SIP client, I heavily rely on SIP/VOIP calls so this shouldn't the broken either.

Can anybody tell my is wifi photo transfer is in any way supported by new versions of PC/Suite - Ovi Suite and what is the difference between PC Suite and Ovi Suite? What happened to Nokia Home Media Server and why should I now have to pay for?. And at last will SIP be supported when I upgrade to latest firmware (v32.001 (or 2?))
