Hi, my N78 doesn't show call duration when I am calling someone. Where can I see this information?

You can enable that feature in the settings menu.    It's usually listed in the calling section under call - show call duration.

Tools->Settings->Phone->Call->Show Call Duration, to be exact. You can also set it to give you a post-call summary.

My fingers keep on getting confused and pressing on the screen of my 3720c.  It's hard work having one phone with a touchscreen and the other without

I wonder if there'll be a point when touchscreens are cheap enough that they'll just throw them into keypad-based phones for gesture controls, like a "Navi-Screen".

That would be a good combination, especially for those that just don't like pure touchscreen phones.
