got a N73, recently updated its firmware to 4.0735.3.0.2.

phone is switching off by itself! its becoming more frequent and its really annoying!!

any solution for this!

should i re install the firmware or JUST THROW THE PHONE AWAY?????

Try a re-install, it's worth a try.

i've tried a hard reset! btw am using a 2 GB memory card on my N73. do u think its the memory card?

Try using it for a day or two without the card in.

If it works better then the card is to blame.

Maybe also try buying a new official battery and see if it helps matters.

Mine switched off before I even had a memory card in it, still doing it now...

hi. try to re install the firmware if u already updated ur phone. else try to update it. mine seems ok for the time being...

my friend told me last night his n73 keep turning it self off as well, is your network provider '3'?

is it a black or silver nokia, could you provide the Product Code (found under battery on imei sticker) and i will check it against his.

if you don't use any applications, try to exit (or kill) them.

hi. i got an N73 silver wiz 2 gb. its not music edition.. my code is 0539101.

try to update the firmware through NSU.

if it doesnt work at the 1st time try it again!

Else uninstall the actual NSU, download a new one, install it n try to update!

this is what i did. n my phone SEEMS to be ok!
