I m using this Nokia n73ME since April this year.

Recently it started giving problems.
It started hanging alot and shutting down and restarting itself.Somtimes evry 10-15 minutes.

I updated the phone software from the official nokia site.

I also formated my memorycard.

Well that first problem was solved but now i v got these problems.

1.The Game Snakes Has dissappeared.(How Can i get it back?)

2.While on a call, the operator logo dissapears.

3.A vertical line keeps blinking on the right hand side of the popup that shows the active calls name and cal duration.

4.The lock code is not being accepted.It says Code Error.Phone Will Unblock In 5 Minutes.

5.The Arabic Language has dissappeared.(How Can i get it back?)

Please Suggest..
Warranty is not valid as i am at present in another country, that is not in the country of purchase.

My answer will be:

1. Snake is avilable on N95 support site as a sis file, it will work on N73 too.

2. My oprerator logo is fine.

3. That line is blinking in mine too, not to be worry since nothing worng with that.

4. It is not normal for that lock code. If it is worng, it will never be unlock. Try change it in security setting, when asked put 12345 as default code.

5. Before upgrading FW, have you done anything with product code, if so we are not allowed to talk about this issue. Go to www.allaboutsymbian.com. Since language pack is avialable only on the specific product code.

Most of problems will be solved by 3 buttons hard reset method (when phone is off, press "Green", "3" and "*" while turn on the phone and keep pressing these 3 keys until boot process finish), except only Arabic Language. But before do the hard reset, please backing up all your vital data.

No Sir i have done nothing with the product code...Just followed the instructions on the Nokia site...

One more thing i'd like to add...
Before updating i cud use the '#' button to toggle between silent and general modes....Nw after updating the software thats not working...
