I have a N70 ... if i take it to a nokia service ... can i upgrade it to a n70 music edition ... or it's a diffrent phone ???

No you can't. Unfortunately the ME is a slightly different phone, and changing the firmware will not be done by a Service Center as this will void your warranty.
