I've just charged my N70 and used it for the first time and decided to give the camera a test. However, when i slid down the cover and the camera application opened, after 3 seconds, it closed on it self automatically. I have tried resetting to factory settings and reinstalled the firmware, but the same problem still occurs.
I have even tried going around the problem by opening the camera application manually and switching from front camera to main, but when i do, the application closes itself after 3 seconds still...

Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this?

dear.....1st try to remove the mem. card after turn off the phone and turn it on again and test the camera if the proplem gone that means u have to formatt it on a pc. and reuse it again if the proplem still u have to formatt ur phone internal mem. and this is by pressind *#7370# and let it to restart after typing ur security code ( the defult is 1234 ) hope to be solven.........my regards

this is a problem of the cam lens protector. there is something loose in side please take it to your nokia care.
