I have the newest version of PC Suite!I tryed to connect my phone to other USB ports on my computer but the result is the same! Computer recognises device for a mitute or shorter and than just nothing, like the phone is disconnected!What could I do to solve the problem?

hey,
can you check that your cable is connecting your phone and your computer FLAWLESSLY and with a proper GRIP ??

RESTART YOUR PHONE and then connect it to the PC.

if, then, go to the device manager and then refresh the devices in the computer.

follow this to go to the device manager:
right click on the MY computer icon > click properties > Hardware(tab) > Device manager.

Than I`m sorry for spelling mistakes you are free to correct them!
And now another problem:
After I did as you said the phone was connectet normaly, but when I start the Nokia software updater computer shows that the phone is disconnected. When I shut the updater down computer shows that the phone is connected and ready to use. Please PLEH (inverse of HELP :-))

Hi - This is normal as the Nokia Software Updater requires exclusive access to the phone, and therefore shuts down PC Suite whilst it is running.

When Nokia Software Updater has finished, it then reloads the PC Suite program for you. This is why you are getting the disconnection and reconnection messages.

Hi there,
You must close (and not RUN) every application that is related to Nokia(including PC suite)in the PC when you are using the Nokia Software Updater. Then the Software Updater will be able to dect your phone.

AND,
DO MAINTAIN EXTREME carefulness while updating your phone with the Nokia software Updater. If there is a loose connection in the Process YOUR PHONE MAY BE DEAD !!!!!.

so, do not touch your phone while the UPDATE process is running and make sure the Phone has a proper connection while Updating.
