Hi Knurdtech,

The Nokia 701 is not listed in the Nokia United States website because the phone is not intended to be sold in the U.S Market.

Thanks.  Any reasoning as to why?  It supports the same bands as the 700.  I suppose Nokia wants to keep competition light with the big market push of Lumia?

 There's quite a few countries the 701 isn't available in, the UK included.

I'm in Italy and ? quite can't understand if 701 is officially available here... I can see 701 in the products page, but it toesn't show up in the support page... AND I can't get tue 111.030.0609 firmware update (stuck to the buggy, quite unstable 111.020.0307

Is there a Nokia official position about these info?
