My Nokia N86 decided to crash the other day, completly froze, then re-started, after it re-started the whole menu has changed, it's put it all into one, not like the orginally setup, all apps are available directly from the menu which I don't like as it looks clutted, I have updated the software, and factory reset, but still the menu is the same, any ideas?

try this;

Soft reset(reformat). Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia's default lock code is 12345). Soft reset wipes the C drive.

the active standby needs to be turned off by sounds of it ,is there a list of icons on main screen
