Map Loader

After my n95's initial charge I hooked it up to the PC, went through PC Suite and all, and lastly I installed Map Loader.

I noticed that my initial phone memory is 150mb, after downloading the Philippine map (1.3mb) and failing, on my next retry the phone memory was showing 148mb, the download failed again.

I'd like to wipe the cache of the Maps application, is this possible? Would be great to reclaim that little space.

Thanks!

Hi ishinozaki

If you have not loaded any other data you could always do a factory reset *#7370# which will make phone as it came out of the box again.

I wouldn't advise anyone to store maps on phone memory but on a SDmicro, as it always uses more memory than download figure would suggest.

Re: Map Loader

Hey! :smileyhappy:

Appreciate the response! Silly me. There's a big ole button named "Clear all maps on device" next to "Download maps" in Map Loader. It's 5AM here and this device excites me so much I miss out on some things.

Thanks again!
