Lost preorder of Nokia N8

I made an order on a N8 on the 27 September, I noticed yesterday that the payment for the phone was reserved on my bank account.

Today I called Nokia sales to find out when the N8 would be delivered.

I was mighty surprised to hear that my order was gone, they had some kind of crash on their system and my order was lost.

Now I have to call my bank to release the reserved money for the N8!!

Is it just me or are there more of us that are in the same situation?

I made my order at Nokia Sweden.
