Learning about symbian; Training

I'm trying to find out if there are any training classes i could take to learn more about Symbian, without going all the way down to a programmer's level. I'm in the business and we consistently reccomend Nokia phones to our customers, so i want to be able to learn everything I can about it, with the intention of applying what I've learned to retail sales, as well as customer support/training. Information on websites/classes/courses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

I've never seen any courses advertised or any recent books but the easiest way to learn it is to buy a recent device and use it.

Use it a lot, investigate every feature, play around with it and see what it can do.

Thats the only true way to learn what a symbian based phone can do.

Your best bet is to stick around here and follow discussions about Nseries and Eseries devices and other S60 smartphones.

Best advice is to play about with every Nokia you can get your hands on. Read through the advice on here and try it for yourself.
