I am extremely disappointed in how many phone calls I have had to make about this problem to Nokia.  Every time I put my stylus pen into the phone, the back cover pops up due to a clip that I am assuming is too small to hold the pen in place.  By doing a self-inspection I found that the clip the stylus pen is supposed to go into is so small that I cannot, by any means (trust me I have tried), get my pen into that clip!!!

I wish Nokia would send me a new back cover without having to ship my entire phone to them.  They say that the exchange process will take up to 30 days!!!! 

Any one know if there is a better solution to this than to replace my whole phone??? Anywhere I can simply by a new back cover??

By the Way the phone I am talking about is a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic

That seems strange.  Have you tried taking the phone to somewhere that sells it to check that you have the correct stylus for the phone?  A more common problem seems to be that the stylus falls out too easily because it's loose.

Have you also checked to make sure that the back's on properly?  Just opened mine to have a look at how the stylus clips in place and I don't see how the stylus could push the back off, if it' the right stylus and the back is securely in place.
