Sow...go and check if it is availabele for you

Mine is N97 RM-505 (European version,free of contract)

Have you tried to check with ovi suite or NSU?

I have the same thing with the N97 now. The code checker page tells me v30 is released, but nothing to see within ovi suite or nsu yet.

Someone already covered this topic on the n97...

Via NSU it is showing V21 but the cod checker it shows V21,probably soon ,today or tomorrow it will be available

i hate to use the NSU. Can't i do an OTA? Did a *#0000#, options--->check for updates. Says 'no updates available'. I'm using an N97 by the way, with 21.0.045

Is like Nokia want's to play with us,but they should be more careful as they made a mistake with N97.Is a nice device and...that's all,beautiful outside not sow beautiful inside.
Anyway I'm getting tired to wait,and wait for an update,and the another one in hope that it will bring something that it should be from the beginning
Now...is to late because N97 it doesn't have the.necessary hardware to put the things that it should be putted from the beginning
