Take it in for repair, you can find your nearest repair centre here > http://www.nokia.co.uk/get-support-and-software/repair

Hi , read this thread about an obstinate Phone . Maybe it can help to make it function again . BUT you might loose all your User Data , so a backup is advised : http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81021&highlight=VDG Otherwise visit a Nokia Service Point as advised herefore .... :smileyhappy: Regards japy
