I HAD DOWLOADED 3 APPLICATIONS,TEAXS HOLDEM,BRICK BREAKER2 AND EBUDDY ON MY NEW 5530.BUT THERES A "KEY LOCK " ICONS ON THESE 3 APPLICATIONS AND I SIMPLY CANT OPEN OR REMOVE THEM!!!CAN ANY1 KIND ENOUGH TO HELP ME PLEASE!!

So just to check, you've downloaded them and they are visible in the Applications folder, but you cannot open them from there? Is that where the Key Lock symbol is visible?

And when you check in Settings - Application Mgr - Installed Apps they are listed, but you cannot select 'Uninstall'?

Did you download them through Ovi.store, or some other method.

I just installed ebuddy from get.ebuddy.com on 5800xm, it is Java and works OK and can be uninstalled.

What settings do you have in Settings - Application Mgr. - Installation sett. ?

The key lock icon is visible on these 3 applications.i download the teaxs holdem n brick breaker2 from ovi store. n ebuddy from ebuddy.com.i can still use all of them yesterday untill just now i was msning half way on my phone then an incoming call came in n my phone auto shut down.when i restart my phone the key lock icons r there on these 3 applications.In my application mgr settings theres no ebuddy.but have the ovi store client n ovi store.the rest r default applications.Please help!!Thanks!

PLEASE CAN ANY1 HELP ME???I CANT OPEN OR REMOVE THEM EVEN I HAD RESET THE PHONE TO FACTORY SETTINGS!!!

SOunds like memory card issue, have you ejected the memory card (eject from the power key menu, and then remove) see if then the applications have gone.

If so then sounds like memory card has got corrupted and you may need to delete some files/folders from there.

WHEN I EJECT THE MEMORY,THE APPLICATIONS ARE NOT THERE BUT WHEN I INSERT THE MEMORY CARD BACK ITS THERE..SO HOW SO I SOLVE THE PROBLEM???I STILL CANT REMOVE OR OPEN THEM....
