Firmware 20.0.019

I am in big trouble and need your help.

 

Yesterday, I updated my phone's Firmware. From 12.????? to 20.0.019. Unfortunately, whilst this was happening, I got a message on screen saying that the connection was lost between my phone and my computer.  I was then given some instructions as to how to continue with the Firmware update.  I carried out these instructions and completed the update. 

 

This has happened on previous Firmware updates.

 

Now the problems start!  The phone turned itself off and when it turned back on, I just got the very first screen that shows the Nokia sign and that's it.  It won't go any further than that and the only way I can turn off my phone is by removing the battery.  Basically what I'm saying is that I can no longer use my phone.

 

I'm in real trouble as I need my phone for work and I don't know what to do next.

 

PLEASE can someone help me?!!!

Do a Hard reset if u tried many times to turn it on ..
N97 .. Working or Not , it's still a *bleeing* Rip OFF .

Hard Reset :  Press SHIFT key +SPACE BAR and BACK Key , hold, turn on the phone.
