E61 keyboard mess up.

Hello. I’ve just bought a Nokia E61 but there is something wrong with the keyboard, but not on a hardware level.
For example when I pres “Z” the letter “Y” comes out… and the other way around, but when I dial a number with a “3” the number is “3”. When I chose the upper signs Q corresponds to “!” and when I press it “!”… but when I press the sign over W-“&”a quotation mark comes out. So is there some kind of a patch or update that can make the symbols and the letters z and y correspond to the keyboards signs.

Is not with the correct software for the hardware layout. Do a software upgrade with NSU and check if is solved. If not, then go to a Nokia Service.
